We could not hear the tour description well despite the AV being turned up. For Viator, overall, instructions are sparse. How do we know which group is yours? Can you have a uniform or sign? It was unclear that the boat trip was later in the day, and not right after the coach tour. We had a nice day, but it could have been better.”
